This is my first attempt at a Liver Cleanse. I have no known Liver problems I just wanted to see if I could feel better. After the first month I notice I just felt better all around. I felt lighter, and more energy. After my second month I had lost some weight, and had a feeling of calmness and again all around just felt better. I think cleaning out the liver probably reduced food craving I had trying to find energy from something I would eat.
I've had stress on my liver & kidneys, due to being on more than a year of antibiotics (being treated for long-term Lyme Disease). At times, and with certain antibiotics, my liver enzyme markers have gone quite high (metabolic blood tests showing liver stress). when I take this product regularly, my liver enzymes go back down into the normal range.
